One-Day Workshops

I currently teach one-day intensive Feldenkrais ATM workshops in Helsinki (Finland), Bern (Switzerland) and Vienna (Austria). The workshops in Helsinki are about once a month and in Bern and Vienna are about every two or three months.

For each city, I maintain a separate email list. If you want to be notified by email of upcoming workshops in a particular city then you can join the mailing list for that city.

One-day Feldenkrais Method Workshop, Espoo, Finland : 29 September 2007

Suitable for everyone. We'll explore some Awareness Through Movement (ATM) classes and there'll also be some time to discuss the method and any questions that arise. (see feldenkrais method for more info). Each one-day workshop can be taken separately.

who: open to all
times: 10.30 to approximately 15.30 - we will do three classes (each about one hour) with a shorter break and a longer lunch break between them - resting is an important part of the process and the area around the studio offers a great environment in which to take a gentle walk
where: Luova Kasvu, Vanhankartanontie 45, 02920 Espoo, Finland
group size: 10 maximum - at Luova Kasvu we have a beautiful but small studio, ideal for Feldenkrais ATMs with its under-floor heating, unfortunately we can only accommodate 10 people so please book early
language: english
what to wear: warm comfortable clothing that doesn't restrict your movement (loose fitting jogging pants instead of tight fitting jeans with a belt!) - we often work slowly and with small movements so you what you wear should also keep you warm
how much: 30-50 euros sliding scale (pay what you can afford) - includes light lunch
discounts: available for students and poor people if space allows - please ask!

One-to-one Functional Integration (FI) lessons in Helsinki and Espoo

I also offer one-to-one Functional Integration (FI) lessons in Espoo (Vanhakartano) and Helsinki (Töölö) by appointment.

Basic one-hour single lesson - 60 euros

Three lesson series booked together and taken within one month - 150 euros

Five lesson series booked together and taken within two months - 200 euros

Further discounts available for people on low incomes
